Sharing a passion with someone you love

Okay. Okay. So passion for photography on her end is up and coming. She'll eventually be obsessed with it like her mother, she just doesn't know it yet. My daughter McKenna was able to help me with a photo shoot a few weekends ago and I enjoyed every minute of it. I was watching all of the pieces that make up her beautiful, and I was smiling SO BIG as she helped me with reflectors and being a second shooter. Her wit, her ability to not take herself so seriously, her sense of humor, her compassion for others and her fearless ability to speak what's on her mind makes her absolutely magical to me.

We also share a love for macaroons. We split a box in Vegas last month. Her favorites are salted caramel and vanilla chai. I went to the Green Monkey in Barbados and found out that they have to alter the way their macaroons are made because of the humidity. We're going to attempt to make our own one of these days. We both enjoy podcasts and we watch way too much ID TV crime investigations!
